What we collect

When you register, we store your name, email, phone number, location, role, and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your password in plain text). When you post a job, apply for a job, or send a message, that content is stored so the platform can function.

Who can see it

Your name and location are visible to other users when relevant (e.g. on job posts, applications, and in chat). Your email and phone number are only shared with a client once they accept your application for their job.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data to third parties.
