1. What Akarimo Is

Akarimo is a platform that lets clients post jobs and workers apply for them. Akarimo is not a party to any agreement made between a client and a worker, does not process payments, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any job or applicant.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Don't post fraudulent, illegal, or misleading job listings or applications. Don't harass other users. Don't attempt to circumvent the platform's security.

4. Payments

Any payment for work is agreed and handled directly between the client and worker, outside of Akarimo. Akarimo is not responsible for payment disputes.

5. Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
